Texas Reproductive Rights Rally
The Texas Reproductive Rights Rally mission is to give people a repeating annual platform to speak about their experiences accessing reproductive healthcare, to create a space for organizations to recruit new like minded members, to promote those public service organizations, and to raise funds to directly support abortion access in the state of Texas via direct donations to Jane's Due Process, Lilith Fund, TEA Fund, and possibly other similar reproductive healthcare access assistance organizations in the future.
Planned Parenthood is a trusted health care provider, an informed educator, a passionate advocate, and a global partner helping similar organizations around the world. Planned Parenthood delivers vital reproductive health care, sex education, and information to millions of people worldwide.
Deeds Not Words
Deeds not words is an intersectional community that stands for women’s social and economic opportunity, access to reproductive health, freedom from sexual assault, and equal representation in every space and at every level. Founded by Wendy Davis and led by YOUth, they are uniting women to push progress forward — not through talk. Through deeds.
Indivisible Austin is a chapter of the grassroots movement based on the principles outlined in the Indivisible Guide. They are dedicated to uniting Texans to hold their elected leaders accountable. Indivisible Austin’s mission is to celebrate, protect, and expand democracy and human rights to drive justice, equity, and inclusion.
Refugee Services Of Texas - Austin
Founded in 1978, Refugee Services of Texas (RST) is a social-service agency dedicated to providing assistance to refugees and other displaced persons fleeing persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group - as well as to the communities that welcome them. RST provides services to hundreds of refugees, asylees, survivors of human trafficking, and related vulnerable populations from over 30 different countries of origin each year. Originating in Dallas, RST now has service centers in Amarillo, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston.
SAFE | Stop Abuse For Everyone
The SAFE Alliance is a merger of Austin Children’s Shelter and SafePlace, both long-standing and respected human service agencies in Austin serving the survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and exploitation, and domestic violence.
TRANSGENDER EDUCATION NETWORK OF TX
TENT is an organization dedicated to furthering gender diverse equality in Texas. We work to accomplish this through education and networking in both public and private forums. Through our efforts we strive to halt discrimination through social, legislative, and corporate education.
